TO ENGAGE LEGAL COUNSEL

Motion
The Commission authorizes the General Counsel to engage or continue the engagement of legal
counsel to represent in current legal matters, those employees that have accepted the terms of the
Port’s Voluntary Separation Program following their termination from the Port, and subject to
the limitations set forth in RCW 53.08.208.
