BACKGROUND
The purpose of this briefing is to provide an overview of the Real Estate business plan in
advance of the formal budget review in October and November. The presentation will provide
background on strategic issues and financial performance; identify the major challenges of the
Real Estate Division; current initiatives, and the proposed strategies to address these challenges.
