BACKGROUND
This purpose of this briefing is to provide an overview of the Seaport business plan in advance of
the formal budget review in October and November. This presentation will provide background
on strategic issues and financial performance; identify the major challenges of the Seaport; and
the proposed strategies to address these challenges.
