BACKGROUND
On November 13, 2007, Commission approved monthly briefings on the project’s progress.
On July 22, 2008, Commission requested more frequent briefings on the project’s progress.
Staff will provide an update at every regular Commission meeting.

The Commission presentation will focus on the following topics associated with the current
progress of the project:
Overview of the construction activities
Work completed to date
Next Steps
